Our Goal

To help student-athletes reach goals they once thought were unrealistic.

The instructional teaching model, 12-step curriculum, and cutting-edge technology give each player a proven method to maximize their athletic performance.

How it started. We recognized a significant need to raise the level of instruction and teaching. We saw an AAU environment that valued winning meaningless games over development.

So we created an elite training model that actually develops players — for high school basketball and beyond.

The DIFFERENCE

A development-first model built to prepare players for high school basketball — not to win AAU games. Ninety-minute station training, Hudl film review, strength work, Vertimax, and an individual Player Development Plan for every athlete.

The COACH

The Shooting Lab and LAB Elite teams are directed by Bill Connolly — Mendham High School varsity head coach, 4x Morris County Coach of the Year, and developer of Players of the Year, 1,000-point scorers, and All-State selections.

The PROGRAMS

Spring club teams at every grade, 5th through 8th, and a fall development program open to athletes of all ages and abilities — boys and girls. Every session is built to develop the player and the person.
